My Approach

I support social movement leaders, healers, and practitioners to live and work in alignment with their values so that they can embody their wholeness and accelerate social transformation. I offer 1-on-1 coaching, strategic consulting services, and support programs for nonprofit leaders.

I practice healing-centered and trauma-informed coaching and consulting. Rooted in my background working with Asian American and LGBTQ+ communities, I support individuals and teams that are experiencing periods of crisis, transition, or growth. My coaching, consulting, and peer support work seeks to support those struggling to reconcile their personal and/or collective values with white supremacy culture in the workplace and community. We may be a good fit if you are seeking to align your liberatory values with your organizational practices, culture, and infrastructure.

I am particularly focused on working with new and emerging QTBIPOC leaders and nonprofit executive directors, with a specific expertise in 1-on-1 training and coaching for first-time executive directors. Based on the project requirements, I may partner with peer coaches and consultants.

Tracy helped me frame my leadership in a way that resonated with me and felt innovative, authentic, and radical! I’ve learned how to lead through modeling the transformation I want to see, accepting who I innately am, and making my position work to those strengths rather than trying to squeeze myself into someone else's strengths. The entire experience of working with Tracy was really transformational and meaningful to me.

I have noticed sighs of relief - emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually - during, after and even knowing that I am entering the coaching space. There are major shifts in my motivation and capacity which invites me to do what I enjoy.

Coaching with Tracy has served to support my own boundary setting and mapping out what I want, deserve, and choose to work towards. I continue to hold and apply the tangible skills throughout my own intra-personal stewardship: of grounding, of gentleness, of accountability.

Tracy helped our organization reach a new level where we will have more opportunities and a more sustainable future… Tracy helped set up our new payroll platform, worked with our office manager to set up Quickbooks, and recommended updates to our staff handbook. I know these are systems that will be implemented for us in the long term.

I learned so much! It was a long journey working with Tracy and there was so much growth for me as a leader for my organization, in regards to our infrastructure and outside partnerships. It was a really good experience, as Tracy made themselves available for our needs whether in person or online.
